Welcome aboard Ferret!
And Congratulations! Who are you driving for?
I just started driving with Quality Carriers. I've been to orientation and I'm now receiving training at my local terminal. Just incase someone asks I'm a company driver for QC not an affiliate.
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
Okay, that seems to be a great company. I see their trucks all the time when I'm up in the Northeast.
You are a brave soul - you just jumped right into the deep end on your first time in the swimming pool. There is a lot to driving tankers, and anyone doing it has my respect!

Did QC take you as a RECENT GRAD - or did they require some previous experience?
Rick
