Drivers hold the economy in their hands. Does the public know this? Yes. Do they understand it? NO. We have the power to shut down the country, one week and we can have whatever we want but we have morals. Food, Prescription drugs, food, clothes, food, everything, did I mention food? We have an implied responsibility to keep our country running and I am proud to be trying to be one of those to do this.

I'm with you Daniel...I have morals too. I think a lot of the drivers are just too mercenary to shut things down though.

I really wish we had a way to exert a little leverage and get a slight bump in pay. I'm not asking for six figure salaries...but enough that it isn't a daily struggle would be good.
