You will take a physical on day one with Prime anyways. Do you will have to tell their docs you take all these things. They will decide if you are good to go. No matter what your doc says. Sorry, I learned the hard way too. I had s 2 year card with my doc. Then Primes doc I got s 3 month fir high blood pressure.

Your only route is to list the medications you are taking on the application and provide an explanation for why it's prescribed. If in the meantime, if your Doctor comes through with supporting documentation, you have that with you in the event the examiner requests it.

Hi everyone.
Starting Prime Orientation in a week, I already have my CDL and all endorsements with twic card.
The reason for my post is because I'm on 3 medicines, simvastatin for cholesterol and androgel and testosterone for hypogonadism ( low testosterone disorder ).
Will Prime make me get any special paperwork done with my doctor for these or possibly DQ me?
