Wish I New how this turned out
I ended up being hospitalized for 10 days in a pscyh unit. I find out tomorrow if I still have a CDL or not. At this point I'm not even sure if I will be able to hold a normal license.
CDL:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
- Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
- Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.
HOS:
Hours Of Service
HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

Wow, seriously sorry to hear that and I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say I'm glad you had the wherewithal to get off the highway when you knew things weren't going well for you. I sure hope things get better for you and wish you all the best regardless of where your path leads from here.

What you are legally obligated to do is immediately put yourself out of service. Contact your company and tell them you are unsafe to drive at this time. Explain your situation. Arrange to see a Doctor.
If you do anything other than park it you are legally, ethically, and morally wrong.
