If you're a company driver, they'll deduct taxes like a normal job. Not sure about 1099, that's another story of course. Also don't really know how child support works but most likely it would be taken out of your checks like any other job.
Unless you go lease (which we don't recommend here) you are a W-2 Employee - so taxes are taken out.
If you have a court order (or order from a state agency), that directs an employer to garnish/withhold child support (usually done for folks that have neglected to pay it on their own - or have contested paternity and are found to be the father via an action instigated by a child welfare agency). This is typically accomplished via a garnishment order, similar to an order for a collection judgement or IRS Levy.
If you have an order to garnish, it may take a bit for the order to make it to the payroll department, and for the deductions to start.
If you are not under order, but you want the child support to be automatically deducted for convenience, you can probably make arrangements for this to happen.
