Heading To H.O. Wolding

If I can pickup early I will be doing a reset on Sunday in the area. Monday I will be dealing with Sysco then leaving immediately after to head to Fargo.

I really dislike Sysco they take all day and overcharge on the lumper fees.

Amazing that a company like Sysco with a gigantic fleet of trucks on super tight schedules and high volume from customers would let other company's trucks sit 12 hours at a time, ya know? I worked in a lot of restaurants and pizzerias when I was a teenager. If we would have told a Sysco truck to wait 5 minutes they would have left immediately and we wouldn't have gotten our product.

I think the quickest I have ever got out of a Sysco was 6 hrs. Most of the time I am there 8-10. I rather deal with the McLane midnights.
