Is the Wolcott, Indiana truck stop bigger than the one that is in Walcott, Iowa? I want to get to the biggest one for a 10 hour or a 34 hour reset to relax and enjoy. It would be awesome! But can someone tell me the difference.

If you have credit cards, i recommend leaving them in the truck, theres a lot there and you might get tempted to purchase.. If you want a good meal tho, the dinner there is quite good. I always considered it a treat and then got a DQ afterwards =D.

but yeah it's a TA fuel site. the i70 one in Oak Grove, MO is a Petro and theres one down in Joplin, MO that is part of the chain as well.

I was actually just there recently for the first time, I had planned to go to a pilot 5 miles away from my drop, but i kept seeing the signs so I said screw it and pulled in there and took my 10 hour, which was more like 16 hour, it is right on I 80, cant remember the actual exit but you will see big signs for it everywhere, there is a ton of stuff inside to do and look at as well as the outside. They have a movie theater, two floors a elevator, etc. Nothing like you have ever seen and parking is a breeze and never fills up, unless there is a truck show going on.

Iowa 80 TA, Walcott Iowa aka "the world's biggest truck stop" has 900 parking spaces, a museum, a restaurant, a food court, dentist, chiropractor, chapel and more.

The next largest lot I could find is the Flying J (former Bosselman) in Big Springs NE with 550 parking spaces. That has a restaurant and subway, but the motel 6 in the same lot has a decent steakhouse. Always parking. As stated, the Petro in Joplin Mo and oak grove Mo are part of the Iowa 80 chain and smaller versions. I think all have showroom trucks inaide the stores.

Joplin has an annual "trucker jamboree" with live band, rides and fireworks along with a car show. Oak grove has a cool CAT scale where you pay at a drive up window and never get out of the truck lol

Always parking in the back of any of these.

CAT Scale:

A network of over 1,500 certified truck scales across the U.S. and Canada found primarily at truck stops. CAT scales are by far the most trustworthy scales out there.

In fact, CAT Scale offers an unconditional Guarantee:

“If you get an overweight fine from the state after our scale showed your legal, we will immediately check our scale. If our scale is wrong, we will reimburse you for the fine. If our scale is correct, a representative of CAT Scale Company will appear in court with the driver as a witness”

There are a Petro and TA right across the street from each other in Ontario California that have 590 and 549 spots.

Forgot to mention that the Iowa 80 in Walcott is totally awesome and no one mentioned it also had a Dogomat where you can wash your dog if you have one, we've used it a couple of times which is awesome cause there's not really any good places out here for that.
