Which way do you mean that... there is two I only know cause I'm with a southern gal

Next time your trainer gives you an off look, just lightly touch their arm and politely tell them: "Bless your heart." LoL

The "I'm sorry that you are simple and don't get it" kind of way, lol.

Not the your a complete moron and need to go lay in the street during rush hour kinda way.

Also it isn't a shopping cart it is a buggy!

On an off topic note: I did get thru eastern Kentucky the other day and was able to get myself an Ale8. For everyone who doesn't know what an Ale8 is: Bless your little heart. LoL

Penny, glad to hear you're doing well.

On the side topic. Being a yankee, I have figured "Bless your heart" is a polite way to say things like. What a loser, go to heck (Apparently that's where you go in the south), OMG, etc. In New York we just call it like it is. She says I'm to blunt.

I've already explained to my trainer that "Bless your heart" is a kinder way of saying "I think you're stupid". It has other meanings though based on context.

I said "buggy" at Walmart the other day and got another look. Sigh.

And "cattywampus" gets used almost every time the trailer is not straight when I'm backing!

And southerners do curse...so go to heck, while acceptable, can also be go to hell...but it's already hotter than hell in the south so...not sure how effective that threat is!!
