Make shere the piping under the bunk is connected. Is it blowing hot? Cool? Or not at all? Remember the ac a truck only cools to about 20 below the out side temp so if it's 120 it's only cooling to 100.

Actually that's true for most home air conditioners, but not normally for vehicle air conditioners. I can sit in my truck on a 95 degree day in the sun and be freezing cold with the temp in the low 60's. Vehicle air conditioners will normally blow really cold.

It blows the temp it is outside. I found the tubing under the cab that runs back there and they arent hot or cold.

The hole system on that truck is connected, the there is only one compressor but 2 sets of about everything else. The front cab has it's ac component and the bunk has it's set. If the piping is not hot or could I think that the back system is not working at all. Do you get any bunk ac falt codes? Check the fuse panel both front and back make shere something is not blown, I assume there is not water dripping out from under the bunk condenser? I might be looking at a shop visit for this the ac system on the 09-11 prostar are so bad that international went back to the old system after that my truck is in the shop every 3 to 6 months for ac problems.

I know on a hot day my truck is a condo. And the air in the truck only gets down to about 20 below out side temp there is to much volume for the ac to cool it any cooler the air at the vent is 64 to 70, the shops says that's normal, but the temp in the truck won't fall that low.

A trip to the shop is worth having the A/C working properly. Especially at this time of year.

Have you made sure the AC button on the climate control knob for the bunk is pushed and lit? The bunk climate control operate independently from the cab controls, so if you really wanted to you could have the AC on max up front and the heat on full blast in the back. If you don't tell the bunk control to run AC, it'll just blow outside air into your sleeper.
