A rule of thumb for more than two turning lanes is to use the "outside" one with a semi. If you end up on the inside lane you will nearly always have some grief with the other lanes.
Also, most multi-lane turns have dotted lines to guide you. For a reason.
You should take the longest possible trip around the turn. That's always the outside lane. Check out my comment at the bottom of this thread: Took my Test today...
