Hey Big Scott, Congratulations!

That is some exciting news! Take things slow and easy, don't let yourself get into a rush. We all want to try to make some big money when we first get started at this, but keep in the foremost of your thoughts that you want to stay safe and not hit anything. Rushing doesn't usually get more accomplished in this business, especially for the new guys. What it will do is get us in a bind. You've done such a great job with your training, I am sure you are going to make a great truck driver. Remember, Slow and Easy for now. Later on you will get to where you can really start knocking out some big miles, but for now you just want to focus on being careful and getting there on time.

Hey Scott, in another thread you stated that some one you know gave me your phone number, but that has never happened.

Thanks Old School. That's my plan slow, easy and safe. Safely on time. Lance has vanished. You can go to my profile and contact me by email. Still at the Petro, then back to the terminal , around the corner, and sleep.

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

Dang! I got fuel at that Petro last night! Who knows? If you're still there this afternoon (Tuesday) I'll stop in.

I'm at the CFI terminal around the corner. How long will you be there?
