If you study the High Road Training Program, that is all you will need. I don't think anyone who has studied that system has failed thier test. It was all I used and I passed my my permit, Hazmat and Tanker the first time with no problems. Good luck.
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
Explosive, flammable, poisonous or otherwise potentially dangerous cargo. Large amounts of especially hazardous cargo are required to be placarded under HAZMAT regulations
The CDL manual makes a handy to have reference available, but learning the High Road Training is all you need to pass the tests. Believe me, it works...
