Its been all pretty much what I expected and or anticipated. The use of this site (TT), coupled with research and do diligence, was solid preparation.... Thanks ALL.

Really no surprises... So far..lol

That being said, coming into the profession at 50 years old may have something to do with it.

It's just fine to be a "rookie" no matter the venture, in fact its kinda cool.. I've been "the old guard" professionally so to speak and many of my brethren were sour-salty-nasty-burned out characters.

Nobody owes this "rookie" a thing...lol...Ill get on out there and prove my worth, to myself and employer.
