@Derek@DriverSolutions
Hey Dereck,
I am seriously considering to start a career as CDL driver and apply for PAM but I have a quick question please.
I am a Green Card holder, Permanent Resident so I am fine to work in USA no problem, I have SSN and everything else. I am all set. The only thing is that I have my Michigan driver licence from less than a year. Is that a problem? I know that some companies have a minimum, usually 1 or 2 years a valid US driver licence.
I have my European driver licence from almost 20 years.
Thank you very much. Paul.

@Paul C. - Thank you for reaching out! Great question. As long as you currently have a valid license, and meet these requirements you can apply with us. If we are unable to get you on with PAM, we will see what other opportunities we have for you.

Hi Derek, does this mean that you can place someone who graduate from your school with other companies also ? How does it work?
Thanks

Hi I applied recently and I am hoping to train and drive with PAM. My only concern is my MVR , I do have an at fault accident and a couple license suspensions as well as a ticket for a defective head lamp. I haven’t had a single ticket, accident, or moving violation in 3 years. What does PAM consider to be an acceptable MVR?
Thanks Brett! Hoping we can help some new truckers out here.
An MVR is a report of your driving history, as reported from your state Department of Motor Vehicles. Information on this report may include Drivers License information, point history, violations, convictions, and license status on your driving record.

I still do agree with you, Rob. It's not the best idea, but it's worth exploring because it's an option.
