Yeah at swift it was a major no no, I always thought it was illegal altogether. It sure as heck sounds dangerous. Here is a question is it legal to be sleeping in bottom bunk without a net keeping you in there?confused.gif

Great to hear all worked well. FYI CFI also has a no sleeping in the top bunk while the truck is in motion policy.

I slept in the top bunk and I loved it, slept like a baby, was great
