Victor...if I am understanding you correctly there were three preventable accidents while you were at Swift. Any company you apply to will see that. There is your biggest challenge.

In addition to what Brett and Old School suggested you must apply to as many companies as possible. Be prepared to offer your willingness to take extra training as a condition of hire. Use this link: Apply For Truck Driving Jobs. Do not rule out any possibility.

I would also contact Swift to see if there is any possibility of them taking you back offering to take additional training with them as well.

This is not going to be easy for you to re-enter the industry.

Started to fill it out and I realized that I do not know my driving record anymore because I have had a few tickets drop off from my record thats is 3 years or older and I am no where near a DMV. Right now I really would like to get a part time job because I seriously am trying to add to my transcript for my diploma.

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

DMV:

Department of Motor Vehicles, Bureau of Motor Vehicles

The state agency that handles everything related to your driver's licences, including testing, issuance, transfers, and revocation.
