Brett and G-Town, thank you for weighing in on this. As someone at the very beginning of starting a career in trucking, this whole story was disturbing. I had already made up my mind that no one would make me do anything that I felt was unsafe. I would rather go too slow, take an extra few moments to understand something, leave too large a following distance than cause a wreck and kill someone. And if that means that a company thinks that I am not catching on fast enough for them then so be it. Dart-I wish you luck. Thank you for sharing all of your story. Everything in life is a learning experience. Stay safe out there.
