I've had a few downhill mountain bike crashes in the past and have had one of mine get knocked off the quarter panel of a drift car when it tail tapped a wall at right around 80mph, it was still recording lol. You're right in regards that they are a bit bigger but darn near indestructible lol. The Falcon eye system seems to be well worth the investment in multi camera systems, along with the Planet Halo /PH4.
