The only thing I know about oil field work is it's dirty work. I have stated a topic posting my my pay where I am posting my actual pay statements. There are companies that pay more and less to start. I am currently at 33 CPM. I hope this helps you.

Cents Per Mile

Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.

Now that I am passed a year I make 37cpm, but I always get the big mileage bonus my company offers so that is an additional 4.5cpm paid quarterly.
