It seems since this was just announced they don't have it on the web site yet. Also, Sunday is down time for our employee section. I'll try to remember to post the info. Recruiting would be up to date. I think the bottom for expienced drivers is $0.40 CPM. It may be a penny or two higher. Here is a link for the driver pay and bonuses section of their site. You can see all the additional pay here.
Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.
I was discussing our pay raise with another driver at maverick. We'll be getting an automatic. 05 cpm pay raise in December. He suggested it may be because of the eld mandate closing in. It's possible. Maybe they just really like us? Or maybe something else.

Hopefully this becomes an industry trend...
Yea I'd say our competition would want to keep up. That's good news for everyone. Couldn't ask for much more from this company at this point.
Wolding is raising there pay on Jan 1,2018. I wonder how widespread across the industry pay raises are?
It's like in the movies when all the animals run away before something crazy happens.
West Side gave across the board can pay raises in September.

On CFI's "Your Voice Is Heard" meeting yesterday, it was announced that CFI will reduce the amount of time it takes to get to top pay from 21 years, to just 9 years!!
They believe that drivers who come to CFI with experience should be recognized and rewarded for the experience they already have, and are bringing to CFI. It is a great idea, and quick way to get experienced drivers here. I believe they have now learned that experienced drivers, although more expensive than new freshly schooled rookies, are a better choice because they won't have the learning curve (tickets, accidents, mistakes, etc...) to put up with that cost them more money in the long run than the salary savings of a rookie. If anyone is interested in talking to CFI, please give them a call.
CFI is a good company that is very cooperative in assisting their drivers. Showers and parking are always reimbursed. Actually, every penny you spend to do your job is reimbursed. They have a brand new fleet of trucks, which means no down time for repairs. Yes, they are going back to the red trucks, and have 500 ordered for 2018. This, after buying so many new white trucks! They are nice and friendly. They want to go back to being a premier company where drivers are willing to be put on a waiting list to drive for them. They are especially interested in teams, as is every company out there. The only negative thing I can say is that one can become very frustrated by the night and weekend support. (refer to night and weekend dispatch article) Sometimes the phone hold times feel intolerable! Patience is definitely needed in this area. Also, they aren't building terminals that are 1st class like the one in Joplin, or even the one in West Memphis.
All in all, I think CFI is headed in the right direction. CFI is a company worth taking the time to look into. Talk to our drivers at the truck stops, or at delivery stops. I have a positive message about CFI. I am confident Trucking Truth will have news about this soon enough.
Have a great holiday season and be safe. I'll be home for the holidays because CFI has a very good home policy that doesn't put you in jeopardy of losing your unit (truck) because you stay home for too many days. Happy Thanksgiving. Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year. Oh, and Happy Hanukkah (whenever it is) to Big Scott and all those of the Jewish faith.
Terminal:
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
HOS:
Hours Of Service
HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.
