Is your permit valid? If it is add it, can't hurt I would think. If they don't need it then no harm or foul...Good luck too you!!
A permit is a classification of a CDL..😀....Its a license to operate a CMV with a CDL holder along for the ride (front seat ride that is)

You may add your permit as a license, but you should not check "yes" re: it being a CDL , because it is not... it's a CLP. The difference between the two is night and day.

In most states you have the same # for your permit as your DL or CDL. so by giving your # they will see it when they pull yoir record. But to state you have a CDL is misleading.

I have my Commercial Learner's Permit. I am filling out an application for Millis. I added my Class D drivers license. Do I also need to add the Permit as a license or just not add it? If I do need to add it, when it asks if it is a Commercial Driver's License do I check 'yes' or 'no?'
