As I'm riding back to my second week of training, your post and story are the right medicine. Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your experience. You seem plenty eloquent to me, my friend.
I read your profile bio, specifically the end of it.
I think more than anything this demonstrates the power of prayer. Always give credit where its truly do. Good job!
So true Daniel. You’re pretrip guide along with a video from one of my instructors helped me to pass my pretrip on the first try. 😁
Your story is an awesome one MillionMiler! The resolve you've shown in the face of hard times has been inspiring and I'm thrilled to see you doing so well. Not only did you find it within yourself to dig out of tough times, but you've stayed the course and maintained your success over time. I'm really glad to see that.
We're glad to have you around the site and hope to see you for many years to come.
Congrats!
As I stated earlier I owe ya a lot, Brett for starting up this site and with you and the Moderators help keeping me on the right track. If it weren’t for y’all I am not sure I would still be here today. I will try my best to be around as often as I can, however CRST does run us hard, however the last couple of weeks we have ran so hard that we were forced to run on recaps for a week of that before we could even get a reset. That’s what caused me to be sick last week but now with the mandatory weather shutdown I am still on in Wyoming we have gotten 2 resets in now. We should be cleared to roll tonight though. This career has its ups and downs as I just stated above, however no matter how crazy things get out here, I love Every minute of it. General George S. Patton loved war so much he couldn’t live without it. I am the same way with trucking.

You are welcome also Ithel. If you want to take some time once you get your permit and then read up on my diary on here. It could help you greatly in CDL school.
Follow that link above and you will hopefully get some good insight into CDL school through in my mind the top Company Sponsored Training Program.
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
A Company-Sponsored Training Program is a school that is owned and operated by a trucking company.
The schooling often requires little or no money up front. Instead of paying up-front tuition you will sign an agreement to work for the company for a specified amount of time after graduation, usually around a year, at a slightly lower rate of pay in order to pay for the training.
If you choose to quit working for the company before your year is up, they will normally require you to pay back a prorated amount of money for the schooling. The amount you pay back will be comparable to what you would have paid if you went to an independently owned school.
Company-sponsored training can be an excellent way to get your career underway if you can't afford the tuition up front for private schooling.
