When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
I always recommend that people apply like crazy everywhere they can, see who offers you an opportunity, and then choose the company you feel suits you best. You might only get one opportunity, you might get ten. You won't know until you apply. Companies don't always offer an opportunity to all qualified candidates. Sometimes a company will have more applicants than they're looking to hire so they choose amongst the current candidates available.
So just apply like crazy everywhere and see what opportunities you get. As the others have pointed out, you can apply here online and your application will go to the companies you qualify for. You can find that application here:

So I have 6 weeks of school left basically the road and range portion. As part of our private school we send out applications, our school has a thing online fill it out once and it goes to 30 companies. I'm really aiming for schneider and I went to do a pre hire and the website froze so 3 hours later a recruiter calls me about not finishing the pre hire. I told her my grad date and she said that the app is only good for 30 days she's calling me back the 29 of January. Is that considered a pre hire? Secondly I have talked to a few others and they don't do pre hires what's the best way of doing the pre hires?
