Doxy every school is different due to the fact there are different instructors, different teaching methods, and everystate have different laws, and the way they want things done for the test. So I can only vouch for Richmond Indiana. Thet me start off with the school had really good instructors, and it was a very good school. Make sure your hubby is ready for the permit test before he leaves. I would not have struggled on the written test if I had Bretts course. If you have had no experience with anything, but driving a car its hard. The backing I myself had problems, but we was unlucky. We called ourselves the misfits. We had no inatructors for the most part due to illness'. Driving I got lucky and got a great Instructor named John. He worked really hard to make sure I got the driving down. I was not prepared for state testing and when I couldnt get something I found someone to show me. I was too late tho. I left without a cdl. Best thing I can tell your hubby is one thing CJ an instructor said many times. "PAY ATTENTION" LEARN THE PSI'S, PRETRIP, AND 4 POINT from the beginning dont wait. They will give you pretrip, but you have to learn them yourselves and they are very important. Practice practice practice. I had to go out with my pretrip paper put my hands on the part and say the name outloud. I am a see and do kind of person. It wouldnt click just reading and looking at pics. I never worked for the company but I will tell you straight up and it maybe like this everywere. I have friends who is haveing a good experience and others are bad. When your hubby goes out on the road with a trainer make sure he keeps an eye on his logs. Some of the trainers will drive on your logs, and some will make mistakes and wreck and its hard to prove its not you. My friends got lucky when his trainer had an accident under his logs. The company wont tolerate at it, but they dont always know whats going on until its too late. Here is the deal tho some people have good experience and some dont. Dont let other people stop you. This is the beginning we have no experience, and no reputatations. We have to put up with alot just to get our foot in the door. If its England or another company they are giving a shot and we need to take what we can get. Stay there build up a resume, get jib experience and eventually they they will be begging you to work for them. They will seek you out and want to pay you the big bucks to move their stuff.

CDL:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:

  • Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

EPU:

Electric Auxiliary Power Units

Electric APUs have started gaining acceptance. These electric APUs use battery packs instead of the diesel engine on traditional APUs as a source of power. The APU's battery pack is charged when the truck is in motion. When the truck is idle, the stored energy in the battery pack is then used to power an air conditioner, heater, and other devices

truck driving school backing range

This is the backing range when I got to the school

If you walk straight back pretty far you are at the test site. I took this pic about an hour before my last test. It was so cold my feet and hands hurt so bad, and most of the time it was white out. It was a bad day. I failed and went home soon after. ;-(

Did you find time to get it fixed brett?? If you didnt thats okay! I dont have alot, but a few more to add.

I'm sorry - I had forgotten about that yesterday so I just fixed it a minute ago. Now when you submit a picture it should clear the form so you can submit a new one right away.

BMI:

Body mass index (BMI)

BMI is a formula that uses weight and height to estimate body fat. For most people, BMI provides a reasonable estimate of body fat. The BMI's biggest weakness is that it doesn't consider individual factors such as bone or muscle mass. BMI may:

  • Underestimate body fat for older adults or other people with low muscle mass
  • Overestimate body fat for people who are very muscular and physically fit

It's quite common, especially for men, to fall into the "overweight" category if you happen to be stronger than average. If you're pretty strong but in good shape then pay no attention.

To be honest, I'm not sure I'm following you. Are you saying that every time you paste the photo's address into the box it keeps pasting the same address over and over again? If that's the case then somehow you're not copying the new address properly. It sounds like you'll have to play around with the phone a bit to figure out the copy & paste functionality.

If I'm not following what you're saying then try again to explain exactly what's happening.

I really don't know what the issue could be. I can put in 1000 pics in and it works fine in any browser I've tested.

Does ur phone have a clear option in it? If so ya have to clear out the old copy.if not there should be an option to clear the cache of a browser/ur phone apps cache that will also work just don't clear the data.
