Congrats on beating the disease Sir!! That is wonderful news. I have never personally gone through this but a good friend of mine did. He had heart problems and they actually found it during his dot renewal. He was off for an extended period of time. He had to take his records for their review along with his list of meds from the heart dr. He now gets a 1 yr card from now on. I would think as long as you can get your med card any company would be happy to have you.

I have been off since September and still a few months away from coming back to work. I was just shy of FMLA and was let go by my company. I was diagnosed with Lymphoma and I am going thru treatment. They said they can cure me and it is looking good. How do I go about going back to work? Is the physical going to be different for me? I dont want to go back to the same company since they fired me while I was in chemo over the phone. Do I tell a new company the reason I was off for so long? Anyone went back to work after being off for sickness for a long time?
