I HAVE just received 3 citations in PA. Due to this my company that I had worked for had let me go due to "insurance purposes" they say. What I want to know is should I apply to another company or wait for the outcome with these tickets. And do I write the citations that I received on the application even though I had not been guilty yet of the tickets I HAVE A LAWYER working on them

If anybody can help with their advice I will appreciate it.

What were the citations? Did you get all three at once? The only way to truly find out is to apply to as many companies as possible. Be honest with them concerning the citations. If your not, it will come back to haunt you. No sense in burning a bridge before you build it...so to speak. Good luck

Yeah, I would apply like crazy to different companies and be honest with them about the pending tickets. You're doing the right thing by using a lawyer to fight them. Hopefully they can get the charges reduced considerably.

You're leaving us without a lot to go on. What are the citations? Overweight? Speeding? Murder? Lights not working?

I would definitely retain a lawyer, for those are some serious charges you're not going to want on your record.

I'm completely guessing you were speeding, in the wrong lane, and possibly didn't have your lights on in a road construction zone in PA?

Serious stuff indeed. Getting a lawyer was a smart thing to do. Attempt to get that bumped down. Apply like crazy everywhere and be honest about what you did, what you're doing to fight it and most importantly what you have learned.

Good luck and let us know how it works out for you.
