Hi everyone, As always we have discovered another great independent truck stop. Is it going to be satisfactory for everyone, NO, but at least it is clean, unique and offers everything that we look for. Free parking, good food, friendly atmosphere and good showers. Tell everyone about it and be sure to stop every time you go by. I hope we tell everyone about all the great stops out here.

I have the good fortune of living nearby and have always loved the place. Even before my trucking career began.

I must say though, while we all miss those places, they’re neither easy nor cheap to operate and maintain. I hope more drivers are willing to splurge every now and again, to eat or shop at places like this.

Thanks Old School and Roll On! 😎

Nice bump. I love going into the mom and pop places for a change. Haven't been to Alabama since I was 3. I believe that was along time ago.

Old School

thanks for bringing the unusual to the forum, pics and all.

Nice independent truck stops are great even for cagers! I've been to a few good rest areas as well with either great scenery or just some interesting local history.
