A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
Ken, those are great questions to ask a recruiter. Have you tried making contact with them and asking a few questions?
I would not recommend limiting your opportunities by looking for a company that provides you a refrigerator. You will knock out about 98% of the companies willing to hire you. Also there's no reason to concern yourself with how the trucks are governed. Every company that hires new drivers are going to have governed trucks. It's really not an issue to concern yourself with.
I've been out here for years making great money and enjoying this career immensely. I've never had a company provided refrigerator, and I've always driven a truck governed at 62 or 63 mph.
Are you a new driver, or do you have some experience? We are happy to help you, but you didn't give us a whole lot to go on.

Regional Route
Usually refers to a driver hauling freight within one particular region of the country. You might be in the "Southeast Regional Division" or "Midwest Regional". Regional route drivers often get home on the weekends which is one of the main appeals for this type of route.
