Hey these things happen and at least you seemed to stay positive and didn't beat yourself up over it. Just a learning experience. Learn from it and move on that is about all you can do. In my division we seem to go into some unreal tight places as well. I do the same thing keep the windows down and just creep through at a snails pace.
