How'd yah guess? My coffee cup is Johnnie Fever sized...24oz
My wife and I drove up here to CRST in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for my training. And since we never miss an opportunity to have fun or make memories, I just had to stop in the TA truckstop in Walcot, Iowa off of I-80 and see what all the fantastic claims were about.
Well, the place is huge! And I've never seen so many trucks in my life! But some of the best stuff to see was actually across the parking lot at the Trucking History museum.
Soooo many neat things, easily a hundred old trucks dating back to the beginning of a wheeled truck. So Awesome! Took too many pictures to post them all. But one of my favorites was this old Chevy (and that's something coming from a Ford guy!)
Finally, I seen a rig that looked familiar from another post. I would try to search for it, but doing this from phone is a pain, sorry. But it's a whole lotta truck, lol.
And finally I think I found an appropriate coffee cup for G-Town... Give ya a hint, it ain't the little fella.
Awww I wanted to take ya there. Anyway glad ya got to see it. If you ever need a waterproof case for a recent Samsung phone they have them in stock. Ghostek Nautical cases. That is the only truckstop that carries them that I am aware of. Also if yall eat there at Iowa 80 kitchen and get a waitress named Karri, she will give yall great service but she WON'T accept a tip so just a heads up there.

Well, ya may still be in luck. we didn't eat there (hint, hint) so, if you're ever in the neighborhood...
Just arrived and out of all the trucks at Iowa 80 can't believe im the only one of us here. Going to go enjoy trucker Disneyland hit me up if anyone is near.
I met Pete E. Pothole there a few months ago. Maybe someone else will show up for you, as well.

I almost took a load going to Davenport but changed my mind at the last minute otherwise I'd have been there about that time
I'll stop there if I have a trainee who's never been and we have time.. otherwise if I'm out of hours and need a 10, you'll find me across the Street at the pilot. The museum is absolutely worth a look, but I've never had a truly good meal at the Iowa 80 kitchen. For excellent food stop at the TA on I-80 in Morris, IL exit 112 and eat at "R" Place.
I love that place, but I seem to never get past the chrome shopš¤
I hit their cheap breakfast buffet got a body pillow and ear plugs. Been to the pilot across street saw my first parking accident there a month ago. Fun chrome shop and all the wants but can't afford. Good times.
