I've been through there many times, and a favorite stop is the same one DiverDriver mentioned...around MM160 if we're talking the same place. A buddy of mine has a place 10 miles east of there, and if he is there in the summer and I'm on a coast to coast, I bust it to get there so that I can stop and visit for a night.
CRST's trucks aren't allowed on I-70 west of Denver. You get a nastygram on the Qualcomm telling you to get off of I-70 even if you're just taking I-15 over I-70!
