Good luck! I see many bananas in your future...!
Great to hear about you getting back in to test out. Remember what you learn and also don’t be afraid to question the instructor test time on any questions you have, as I learned the worst he can say to you is he can’t give you a specific answer, meaning he’d be helping you more than he’s allowed but otherwise as I had found out, by asking a couple questions during the backing tests, my trainer and I had been misinformed on a couple details that may have ruined my perfect score on the backing tests and would’ve cost me. So don’t be afraid to ask. And take your time, you get a nice time allotment for each part so no rush. Best of luck to ya, we’re pulling out today on our first TNT load so Good Luck n be safe!
Prime Inc has their own CDL training program and it's divided into two phases - PSD and TNT.
The PSD (Prime Student Driver) phase is where you'll get your permit and then go on the road for 10,000 miles with a trainer. When you come back you'll get your CDL license and enter the TNT phase.
The TNT phase is the second phase of training where you'll go on the road with an experienced driver for 30,000 miles of team driving. You'll receive 14¢ per mile ($700 per week guaranteed) during this phase. Once you're finished with TNT training you will be assigned a truck to run solo.
Who is the FM?

I think he just called you a gorilla, Bran.
Or maybe it'll be the CDL dancing bananas.
But you are going to be a Primate, so...
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
Awesome to hear you're testing out, bro. You're gonna do great. This I know! Something about a Prime-al instinct...
Can't wait to read the good news!
So I haven't posted yet due to things being the same. My test date got pushed till tomorrow because my FM didn't get me on the list on time. I'm nervous, but I know the maneuvers and as long as I don't screw the setup I'll be fine.the pretrip and drive I'm not super worried about. The person I was supposed to do TNT with can't due it because I'll have an auto restriction and she has a manual. I'm here till Tuesday anyway due to sleep study and having to renew medical card. Hopefully by then I'll have a trainer.
Like I said I'm nervous and just ready to get this over with. I'll keep this updated. Be safe folks.

You got this. So you have a auto restriction, is that because PRIME is shifting to all auto's?
Stay positive, the finish line is right there. Chris

I haven't really posted much, things are currently in a rinse and repeat mode since we do the same route. We are planning to make it back to Springfield the beginning of the week, do some backing practice, and test out Wednesday. His DM has another trainer lined up for my TNT phase, hopefully all goes well. Be safe folks!
