Are you happy working only 2 days? You should have improved some if you've been at it for a year now however it's difficult if you're not consistently behind the wheel for consecutive days.
As far as staying with your job or changing it ultimately comes down to if you're happy or not. If your skills are pretty rough (by your own admission) you would likely be sent out with a trainer after doing your road test with other companies.

I been driving for 1 year. But driving only 2 days/week. Daycab with 48feet trailer.
I think, I don't get better at driving,backing and shifting.. But still drive... Should I keep my job or change...
