Reefer Company Out Of New York State!

Please help!? There is a reefer company based somewhere out of New York State. It's privately owned by ( I think they're Russian). The tractors are a silvery light blue, if memory serves me correctly. The trailers are plain white, and it's American or America something. Someone please tell me the name of this company?! It's driving me crazy.

Reefer:

A refrigerated trailer.

If it's a Russian company I'd stay away. And that's coming from a Russian. Unless you're wondering about them for other reasons...
