Explosive, flammable, poisonous or otherwise potentially dangerous cargo. Large amounts of especially hazardous cargo are required to be placarded under HAZMAT regulations
Wow, I can't believe it rolled! Ugh, that's a huge bummer. It's so easy to have one moment of inattention turn into a mess out there. I think that's one of the toughest aspects of being a driver; it's hard to stay focused at all times, especially as the day gets long and you start getting tired.
ALWAYS make sure the landing gear is touching the ground while coupling/uncoupling. Last thing to do while coupling, first thing while uncoupling.

This wasn't the first driver to to this and certainly won't be the last. Like Brett said
