I got my truck today!!
Looks better than my truck! Mine already had damages to it from the previous driver.
There isn’t much damage outside but the previous driver had a dog and there is hair and scratches everywhere inside. Oh well.
Nice truck!
Thats awesome Kim, its been fun watching your progress.

Sure, "previous"driver....Well you hitting that dang boulder didnt help either! just givin ya a hard time.
Nice truck Kim! Prime sure does have different colors. Get out the big shop vac for the dog hair! Then get yourself big container of Clorox wipes and wipe the inside of the truck down. I know it's a pain, but you'll be thanking yourself later for it.
Wow congratulations!!
I've had my truck for a month now and it has been an awesome experience!

That was my old truck! I only had it for 3 weeks before they traded it to another OC and I got another truck.
Plus I did get the bumper fixed! It was like new after I messed it up...

Welcome DrumMum! I’m glad you enjoyed my story with all of the ups and downs. Walking away from a job/career that you’ve known so well to go into the unknown is very scary and intimidating. The people of this forum have soothed my fears, encouraged me, and laughed at/with me through the entire process. It’s great to have that support system both at home, online, at school, and on the road. One piece of advice that I was given that has been extremely helpful was, once you decide to do this, gather phone numbers of other drivers, even students, that you can call with questions once you go solo. Those numbers are a great resource to have.
As for not being able to reach your recruiter, it probably is because of the holidays. Keep trying.
Good luck on your new adventures!
