Glad you clarified. I thought I was going to have to change my entire impression of you!

All kidding aside, if my wife and I eventually end up signing up with Prime, she says would be honored to train with you.

I haven't been to Springfield since April. I'm always floating around Pennsylvania and new England. So I see pittston ALOT. Parking is always an issue there.

Well that confirms what I suspected. Im up through that area often as well. Have considered hitting Pittston up for a 10hr break several times but was always concerned the place would be packed. Looks so small on Google maps view.

Its doable just depends on what day and the time you arrive. Theres just so many trailers. Theres been plenty of times trailers are jampacked out back and in the way. I was at the terminal 4 times last week and only once I was able to stay for a 10.

Better off taking 10 at the Walmart on 81 in hazelton. They are truck friendly.

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

They’ve made a bad situation worse by creating a backing pad in the first row of trailer parking. I feel for the yard dogs. It’s crazy!

According to what I was told, the town doesn’t want to sign off on the permits for the new backing pad area they just bought the land for. It really sucks cause they leveled it & everything. Now weeds are growing there since they can’t proceed until the town sorts out the permit issues.

Interesting I was wondering what the delay was.

Stop you're making me jealous!

All this transmission talk has reminded me of way back when I was working in landscaping and I was driving the boss's new, weeks old farm tractor. I had it in first gear and I stepped on the clutch to coast down a hill to pick up a load of soil. Well, I got coasting downhill pretty good and when I let off the clutch I was way over speed for the gear and I absolutely roasted the transmission. Time moved like molasses while I was waiting for the boss to return so I could tell him the news. I was sweating bullets I can tell you!
