Just take a deep breath and do what you've been doing. They're not expecting perfection, the examiner just wants to see you demonstrate you have a basic understanding and won't kill anyone behind the wheel.
@BrettV, do what Rob T said. The most important thing is just to relax. Breathe. Remember thousands and Thousands of others have taken the road and passed, come Wednesday. You will become part of that group.
Stay calm and focused. Vocalize on your road test, tell them whats going on every step of the way. oh, and don't hit anything ;)

6 weeks later vigorous training and I feel like I’m ready, any advice. More worried about the road test than anything else. Back skills and pre trip I got down. Indiana is a PAIN compared to Illinois
