Sweet...and good luck!
It was a misunderstanding, the recruiter that got my app didn't know I was working with Jamie and that it was for a pre-hire. I should have a pre-hire by end of day.
Thanks
Pre-hire letters are acceptance letters from trucking companies to students, or even potential students, to verify placement. The trucking companies are saying in writing that the student, or potential student, appears to meet the company's minimum hiring requirements and is welcome to attend their orientation at the company’s expense once he or she graduates from truck driving school and has their CDL in hand.

The people that receive a pre-hire letter are people who meet the company's minimum hiring requirements, but it is not an employment contract. It is an invitation to orientation, and the orientation itself is a prerequisite to employment.
During the orientation you will get a physical, drug screen, and background check done. These and other qualifications must be met before someone in orientation is officially hired.
Recruiting department I think is a whopping 3 or 4 people. Their "office" is in the basement, lol.
So did you get your pre-hire?

Verbally. Jamie said she would probably have it in my email by end of day. Probably get it tomorrow, then I’ll sign up for school.

Congrats!!!
Thanks. Now to set a date for school. I originally planned 10/29, but I am no longer sure I can wrap things up here by then. I may have to delay until the 11/12 class. Going through my calendar to see if I can be done by 10/30
