Stumbled on a few in my research.

Looking for information on how others here view this, especially those working for one.

Did this figure prominently in your decision? How does the stock/retirement package to a conventional 401k?

If you have worked at another company or companies, are there other significant differences which go with employee ownership?

Any / all input appreciated!

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

Meant: Employee-owned companies which hire newly licensed drivers!

TMC hires newly licensed drivers.Flatbed only,though.There may be others that I don't know about

I used to own a business AND was an employee of the business. So, it was technically an employee owned business.

I don’t know that it’ll make much difference if straight out of school. Most of these “employee-owned” trucking companies are basically giving you some type of stock in the business as part of the retirement. Do your research, but I wouldn’t let it be THE deciding factor.
