Meant: Employee-owned companies which hire newly licensed drivers!
TMC hires newly licensed drivers.Flatbed only,though.There may be others that I don't know about
I used to own a business AND was an employee of the business. So, it was technically an employee owned business.
I don’t know that it’ll make much difference if straight out of school. Most of these “employee-owned” trucking companies are basically giving you some type of stock in the business as part of the retirement. Do your research, but I wouldn’t let it be THE deciding factor.
