I'm not sure about that one, to be honest. I would contact a SAP who handles the CDL Drug Test Failure & Return-to-Duty Process and see what they say.

Ok, so I was in orientation, went to do my drug test for DOT , and disclosed I had smoked weed 4 months ago. I passed my UA but got dismissed because of the disclosure. They said I needed to be clean for 6months and to go to SAP in 2 months and get a letter saying I am clean. Does this mean the same as a failed DOT drug test even though I tested clean?
