Verification

Drove for a year and went into the hospital, now looking at getting a local job, have a seasonal one lined up and last step was employment verification...passed everything else....middle of last week, verification request was sent to tenstreet website and is still pending..anyone have problems with this website before? Is this normal for tenstreet to take awhile for verification, or does it depend on the company?

I should add that I went into hospital February 1st, 2018 and haven't drove since.....

I use Tenstreet on a daily bases right now for the company I work for.. It normally does real well, and works with Hireright.. We received a noticed that Hireright was moving database to a new city.. Reno NV I think.. Hireright and tenstreet was shut down from Friday night Oct 19th to Sunday Oct 21 for the move.. We now have a new mail from them that they are backlogged and having issues, and they are working to resolve the issues.. Reports and such have been much slower.. I suggest giving them a week or so and it should get better..

Follow up.. Today everything with Tenstreet has been running smooth for us.. No note saying it was fixed or they are caught up.. But been working great on our end today..

Its the company, period. Tenstreet is the road you travel on to get there. You can't blame the street if the store won't open their doors.

I spend 8 hours a day using Tenstreet - some companies are fast, some companies are slow. Tenstreet can usually help your recruiter if its been a week and they already have your verification on file from a different request in the past. But if its never been in the system before, its up to your former company.

Per DOT rules, they technically have to respond... in 30 days. But most companies respond ASAP because they don't want to get jerked around next time THEY need a Verification.
