I have a possession misdemeanor from 6 years ago. That was dropped to misdemeanor disturbing the peace. Only thing on my record. I applied at prime trucking. Will this hold me up? I already have tsa approval for hazmat and have my permit
I can't fully answer your question, but I do know that if you try to hide it, and they find it (and they probably will), they will drop you like a hot potato.

You might be fine. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will clarify, but, from Prime's website:
An affirmative answer to the questions regarding criminal record will not automatically result in the denial of employment. An applicant’s criminal record will be evaluated based on the job for which the applicant has applied.
Most companies I have seen say 7 years, and misdemeanors 6 years old may not count against you. I think they are more concerned with felonies. I honestly doubt disturbing the peace is going to bother them.
What did the recruiter say?
