Surprised no one responded to this yet. Personally I would think try and even them out maybe. Those 3 boxes in the front in line with the 7 behind it. I'm not completely sure though. What is it btw?
I once picked up a load similar to that and asked the shipper if they wanted me to strap it. “Why? It’s pillows.” Was their response.

I'm with Steve on this one. If it needed securing they would have loaded it differently. I don't think the shipper was the least bit concerned with the product getting damaged.

I forgot to mention it's clothes, real light load so I doubt it'll get damaged. I did ask the shipper about securing the load but the lady didn't really say much besides a lot of drivers ask about it.

I think the only time I ever secured a load while working for Schneider was a Anheuser-Busch load, i used to ask if I needed to when i picked up at other places but they always said no, so I stopped asking. I figured if they wanted it secured the BOL would say something or they would let me know at the shipper.

Yeah I seen a prime truck not do anything, just closed their doors and left. I at least tried, although it probably wasn't required as the BOL and work assignment said nothing about securing it. But I decided to anyways so if anything happens I can say I tried haha.
Its clothes so I don't see any point in securing that load however, if you are faced with something similar in the future, you could ask the shipper if they have some extra pallets that you can stack up and then brace with load locks or something.

How did the shipper expect me to secure this load. I used a few load straps to help with some but no way did it really help. Did I waste my time even doing that?
