I'll be staring out OTR which I did for a year....couldn't get paperwork requirements done for doubles by then..I live in Johnson city...

Oh wow! I grew up in Mountain City! Had to drive to Johnson City to buy liquor

Haven't worked since Feb 1st when I went into emergency room(got doctors letter releasing me to work), kinda nervous even though I've done it before and liked it, guess getting back up after being slow for 9 months is just gonna be mentally challenging...🤔🙄

OTR:

Over The Road

OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.

Doubles:

Refers to pulling two trailers at the same time, otherwise known as "pups" or "pup trailers" because they're only about 28 feet long. However there are some states that allow doubles that are each 48 feet in length.

Ouch. Good luck. Good to see someone from back home. I still own the family farm there.
