Since this was bumped I just want to point out...having a DUI expunged does NOT remove it from your driving record..maybe your criminal record but the trucking companies can see it.

One guy from my class flipped out cause he had one expunged and never mentioned it. I'm not sure if he was kicked out if orientation for the DUI or for omitting it and it looked like he lied. Either way, they can see it.
