Actual accidents involving a ticket, two, both in my personal vehicle in 2016.
(I'm not trying to duck the responsibility) Knight marked the incident in May as a non-preventable, but the line on that is really thin in my mind since I'd rather it doesn't happen again so I'd count it with the first category, making for three tickets in five years. (With a four year clean stretch so I was mad as a hornet when I broke that.)
Preventables that involved property damage but no police (the end reason Knight let me go): five. One the first time I worked for Knight, and four within about 16 months the second time I worked for Knight (three of them backing related).
