Good luck, Grumpy
Thanks, Patrick
You are most welcome
Of course, I finally get a date to go back, and my wife has to have eye surgery the first day back.
Luckily, she is strong, and said go, I'll be fine, but I'll still be worried about her. I feel guilty leaving, but she and I both understand this is something I have to do. Rescheduling could delay me another 2 weeks or a month.
Good luck Grumpy! Deep breath...and “get ‘er done!”

Thanks. I hope to get it done first time, and get scheduled for orientation.
I looked up the surgery she is having, and feel a bit better. It's more complicated than plain laser surgery, and has risks, but isn't extremely risky. And not having it could lead to blindness. Basically they burn a hole through the iris to release pressure. Luckily I have a daughter here who I can trust to take care of her, and I'm only 3 hours away, if necessary.
Grumpy-
You have this! The holidays always seem to mess up your timing on getting the training. Sometimes even the weekends seem to throw your timing off. I had had the alley dock going good for me for a couple of days then the weekend hit and came back on Monday and I couldn't get the trailer to do what I wanted if it had been placed right in front of the cones. But by Tuesday afternoon it started to click. So just keep practicing and it will start to make sense.

You got this Grumpy! If I can do it, anyone who perseveres can. Good luck!👍
Thanks, Rob and Raptor.
NY doesn't do an alley dock, so hopefully the school teaches me at least the basics so I have a clue when I get to my job.
