I'm not a driver (yet) but I do travel for my current job. I will pack my TRX system for the road. It allows me to use body weight to do a ton of different exercises. The whole system needs an anchor point which is usually a closed door like the bathroom door of a hotel room. There's one strap with a wedge on the end that you slide through the door up by the hinge then close the door trapping the wedge on the other side to create the anchor. I'm hoping something like that may work on a truck; granted, you'd probably have to be outside your truck to make this happen.
In shape? I am in shape, round is a shape!
Nice reply Patrick! But true.

Lol, exactly why I said fit and healthy instead of shape! Funny though

Nice, hmm, possibly wedge in upper bunk with it raised?
I have a couple resistance bands that I use in my truck. A lot of the TAs and Petros have workout rooms that you can use once you sign up for their rewards program. Some of the rooms are just a bike and treadmill, but some have weights and other equipment.
Also there are hundreds of truck friendly fitness centers across the states that will allow you to park over night. If you are a member there is always that option as well.
Prime has a fitness guru that puts out workout videos and offers food n fitness packages. one is like $250 for 13 weeks but you get refunded if you meet your goal. They also.have a DNA metobolism test and give you diet and exercise according to that.
in addition, he has 15 min workout videos on youtube and a list of 300+ gyms that have truck parking.
When i was OTR i used two 25 pound weights to work out the arms. i also placed them in a backpack and did mini hikes at rest areas if i had the time.
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.

Staying fit and healthy while driving truck can be an issue. I have a few "no equipment workout" apps on my phone that I use wherever. Im wanting to hear what drivers do for fitness while on the road.
