Rainy D, my Prime recruiter asked me today if I knew anybody at prime I'd like to put down as referral. I dont really "know" anybody there, but out of respect for all your contributions here, I was wondering if you would want me to put you down as my referral? I think he said I just needed full name and truck # if so you could just text me the info or something
Thats sweet. I appreciate it but understand that is not why me or.any of the others are here trying to help.
i have a sort of training manual i wrote for Prime Rookies regarding Macros and hpw to get fueled and reimbursed for CAT scales , or market fees etc.

A network of over 1,500 certified truck scales across the U.S. and Canada found primarily at truck stops. CAT scales are by far the most trustworthy scales out there.
In fact, CAT Scale offers an unconditional Guarantee:
“If you get an overweight fine from the state after our scale showed your legal, we will immediately check our scale. If our scale is wrong, we will reimburse you for the fine. If our scale is correct, a representative of CAT Scale Company will appear in court with the driver as a witness”

Most of you young guys and gals won't remember this, but one of the first fitness gurus was Charles Atlas. Google his name and his technique of "Dynamic Tension". Perfect for drivers, I use it all the time and the only thing harder than my muscles are my arteries.

I've used Transformetrics by John Peterson before which he says in his books is based on the original Charles Atlas isometric exercises .
I got into cycling awhile back and I definitely can tell it helps. I don't just show up at random places and ride anymore. After a few run ins with dogs I now use Zwift and trainer road with a smart trainer.
I can show up anywhere and climb famous mountains or go after someone's Strava segments or just a leisurely group ride.
Works for me.

When I was driving years ago I kept my bike and backpacking gear on the truck with me, had me some epic adventures all over the country! Will probably do it again when I get back into it this time!

Where do you put a bike on a truck?
Where do you put a bike on a truck?
When pulling flat bed I strapped it to the headache rack, pulling van I had to get a little more creative and made a bike carrier that didnt interfere with air lines etc, for a little while I tried out a compact folding bike that fit on the floor in front of passenger seat, but not really big fan of folding bikes although it gets the job done
A truck drivers DAC report will contain detailed information about their job history of the last 10 years as a CDL driver (as required by the DOT).
It may also contain your criminal history, drug test results, DOT infractions and accident history. The program is strictly voluntary from a company standpoint, but most of the medium-to-large carriers will participate.
Most trucking companies use DAC reports as part of their hiring and background check process. It is extremely important that drivers verify that the information contained in it is correct, and have it fixed if it's not.
